Roya TV, Jordanian broadcaster, has regrouped all its operations under the newly launched banner of Roya Media Group (RMG). The group brings together all of the Roya departments including Roya platform, a digital service that comprises news, cultural and entertainment programmes; Roya News, a 24/7 news service; Donya Ya Donya, which focuses on lifestyle news; Roya Bazaar, an online shopping platform; and two new products that are scheduled for a 2021 launch.
There will also be the launch of Roya Kitchen which will provide recipes and food-related content to local audiences.
Roya Media Group is also introducing the Roya Academy for Media Training, an advanced educational centre for talented artists and media professionals to develop their artistic and media skills. The Creative Lab, a platform to attract and develop Arab and international talents and provide them with the creative space and technical infrastructure required to provide content to all audio and visual outlets in the region; Roya Talents, which links talents, influencers and artists both regionally and globally; and The Show, its production arm which comes with both kit and professional crew to provide cost-effective production services and technical expertise.
